Brigantine Nj Homes

Real estate agents are paid strictly on commission so what they earn depends on what they sell (or what they "list" that sells). Although almost all markets are down right now, properties are still selling and a good agent still makes a comfortable living.

In the boom years of the first half of this decade, a good agent in a metro area easily earned $75,000 or more but the majority of agents in the country earned less than $35,000. Many people go into real estate as a part-time business and their income is obviously far less..

However, it takes at least one year to get up and running in this business and during that time there is no money coming in.
