I can see no reason. Properties and deals is what happens, good times bad times, commerce continues, everyone likes to get paid, real estate agents included, I would think.</description>

Of course Realtors will bring people to the properties - so long as you&#039;re going to co-op with them.

Why not list them with a Realtor to begin with?  This way you&#039;re assured that the homes will be marketed to the largest audience possible.</description>
