I have a Michigan Realtors liscence.
It took a few weeks of school, twice a week.
You don’t need any college courses.
You have to like houses, and you have to like working with people.
The class costs about $300 bucks regardless of the state you take it in, and the liscence from the state was like $50.
Then you start interviewing with brokers….any of them will hire you because you pay for all of your supplies, computer, signs, lockboxes, etc.
