Chandler Real Estate

Under your fact pattern probably not, if I understand you are already in the home and my guess the agent is the go between the builder and you in regard to issues with the home? If the case then the agent realtor is the only avenue of communication between you and the builder, why would another agent get involved in this deal? How would they be paid? As a property manager ? the builder has one agent as the go between

Boston Mass Real Estate

Probably not.

You could talk with her tell that your are unhappy with her and plan to file a formal complaint. She might be willing to release you. It is a lot of hassle for her to respond do a formal complaint, she might even loose her licence.
