Miami Fl Real Estate Listings

Usually you have to attend a prescribed number of hours of an approved real estate training course. Real estate agencies normally do not do this, so you'd need to enroll in one. I have seen cases where a real estate agency, as an incentive to sign on with them, will cover the cost of the course for an applicant.

Like anything else, your success in this will depend on how you apply yourself. I have a female friend who is a real estate agent and has been one for some 20 years, and she is subject to the whims of her customers. They can call up at an incovenient time on a Sunday and you have to drop what you are doing and run out and take care of them. Clients can drive you nuts like this, but it comes with the territory.
