I’m a college senior majoring in interior design. I’m also interested in real estate. I was planning my classes for next semester and there is an elective I can take that is a real estate class. As of Dec. 2009, I will have my bachelor’s degree. What else would I need to do in order to become a licensed real estate agent? Do I need to take more, specialized classes? Or would that one elective plus my degree and area of study be sufficient education?
