The profits you make from your investments can go directly in your pocket and provide you long term positive cash flow returns and equity building.Flipping properties, investing in land, and even overseas or international investing can also be quite lucrative for you, and doing it yourself eliminates all the hassle that comes with a partnership. Take little steps first, gain some knowledge on your own and see what happens, I know it is a personal decision, and I just thought you might want to consider this route also.

Try going to your local real estate investors association. They normally have meetings once a month and as a guest you can usually attend for free. If you want to get into commercial, try working at a commercial only brokerage. They are the better ones to work at unless you want to only invest in single family homes.
