Russ Whitney has a great coaching program you may want to take a look at.

Good Luck

Really it is very difficult to find such person...Because it is a business which need more investment so we need more concentration and hard work towards the business...He should know the complete and entire information about the business....He must do the business at least for a period of 15 years...Then we can choose him as a coach and gain knowledge from him....

Hi there!

With a partnership you will have to negotiate a contract with the person you are going to be partners with for legal reasons and to protect yourself and in case conflicts arise with your partnership.

Another route you might want to think of is, investing by yourself. The profits you make from your investments can go directly in your pocket and provide you long term positive cash flow returns and equity building.Flipping properties, investing in land, and even overseas or international investing can also be quite lucrative for you, and doing it yourself eliminates all the hassle that comes with a partnership. Take little steps first, gain some knowledge on your own and see what happens, I know it is a personal decision, and I just thought you might want to consider this route also.

Greenwich Real Estate

Try going to your local real estate investors association. They normally have meetings once a month and as a guest you can usually attend for free. If you want to get into commercial, try working at a commercial only brokerage. They are the better ones to work at unless you want to only invest in single family homes.
